Shakespeare Slam - The Battle of the Bard!

The students of Podar International School, Chinchwad, Grade IX and XI staged one of Shakespeare’s well-acclaimed tragedy ‘Julius Caesar’ in the first ever Drama Competition organized by the Helen O’ Grady International Edudrama Academy. With eleven schools engaged in this competition from across the city known for education-Pune, Podar bagged the first runner up trophy for the best play (Julius Caesar) despite having less time for practice and coordination due to school events and routine. Aditya Gore, a student of Grade IX, was awarded the best actor Runner-up enacting the part of Cassius, which was another feather in the cap for Podar International School, Chinchwad.
