Harsh Kishor, the Karate kid from grade IX-A of Podar International School, Chinchwad bagged first position in State Level Karate competition held in Baramati on 25th August, 2019 and won a bicycle.

His amazing skills and dedication in the field of karate provided him a golden opportunity to participate in the 9th Thailand Open Karatedo Championship. This was organized by Cadets Male Individual Kata Karate Association of India (KAI). The tournament was held from 12th July to 14th July 2019 at Huamark Indoor Stadium, Bangkok, Thailand. The young competitor, Harsh Kishor received a participation certificate. He felt proud to represent the country and his school (PIS, Chinchwad) in various tournaments held worldwide. The young challenger hopes to achieve his goals by remaining extremely active in the karate community.
