Students of Podar International School Katol Road Nagpur brought laurel to the school by bagging Gold, Silver and Bronze medals on the 21st Sub Junior Nagpur District Fencing Championship which was held on 29th July 2019 at Taluka Sport Complex Ahuja Nagar Nagpur. Ku Gauri Trehan of Grade VI bagged first place with Gold Medal in Sabre Individual event. Ku Siddhi Deshbhratar of Grade VIII and Mst Aryan Kolhe of Grade V bagged 2nd place with Silver medals and Ku Samruddhi Thakre of grade V bagged 3rd position with Bronze medal. These students are also selected for 21st Sub Junior (Under 14) State Level Championship which will be going to held on Jalgaon Maharashtra from 10th to 12th August 2019. Students were trained by their Fencing Coach Mr Rahul Mandovkar. Principal Ms Lucky Sadrani congratulated the students on their victory and wished them all the best for the upcoming championships.
