School Events at Muzaffarpur

Janmashtami is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna. It is observed as a symbol of the end of darkness and the rooting out of evil forces.

A splendid and colourful performance by the students depicted the birth of Lord Krishna with a strong message of the victory of good over evil. The students beautifully communicated the thought that ‘every moment of life is worth a celebration.’

Children came dressed in ethnic wear as Radha and Krishna, adding grace and devotion to the celebration. It was a beautiful presentation filled with joyous melodies and twirling dancers.

On the auspicious occasion of the 78th Independence Day, our school celebrated the event with great patriotism and enthusiasm. The entire school campus was decorated with tricolour flags, balloons, and beautiful rangolis that reflected the spirit of freedom and unity.

After the hoisting, a series of cultural performances were presented by the students. The program began with a powerful speech on the importance of Independence Day by a student from Class 5. This was followed by:

• Patriotic Songs
• Poetry Recitation

Each performance was met with loud applause and appreciation.

Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Podar International School, Muzaffarpur, fostering a spirit of love, protection, and unity among students. The day’s festivities included a Rakhi-making competition, encouraging students to unleash their creativity using various materials.
