Lavanya Sharma Wins National Talent Series Lawn Tennis Championship

We proudly celebrate the outstanding achievement of Lavanya Sharma, Student of Podar International School, Ujjain, who has been crowned Champion at the National Talent Series Lawn Tennis Tournament.

The prestigious tournament, organized by the All India Tennis Association in association with the Madhya Pradesh Tennis Association, was held at the Indore Tennis Club. Lavanya delivered a remarkable performance throughout the competition.

In the final, she secured a convincing victory against her opponent from Gujarat with a score of 6–1, 6–3, showcasing exceptional skill, focus, and confidence. Notably, this was her first national-level tournament, and she won all her matches without dropping a single set, making her achievement even more commendable.

This victory is also a historic milestone for Ujjain, as Lavanya becomes the first girl from the city to win this championship.
