Navratri And Dussehra Celebration - 2021

The most awaited festival of Navaratri is here. The students enjoyed doing Garba & eyed the effigy burning of Ravan. The primary students participated in the celebration virtually and the secondary students enjoyed the presence.

Virtual Open House - 2021

Virtual open house was conducted on 9th October 2021 by Podar International School, Gangapur. All the parents and teachers interacted with each other about the students' progress..

Welcome back to school 2021-2022

Physical school begins after lockdown and virtual schooling on 4th October 2021 and 5th standard onwards students arrived school after almost one year and seven months.

Students were welcome in special assembly, dedicated to the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri (Second Prime Minister of India), Principal Moumita Choudhury addressed the assembly and welcomed all the 20 students who were physically present and also invited the other students to be physically present to school, who were attending the assembly virtually.

Class teachers welcomed the students with welcome cards, smilie cards students were very happy to be back to the campus and be in their new classrooms. Many new admission students were first time physically present in the school campus; they were delighted to meet their new friends in the beautiful school campus.

Activities done by Grade1 & 2 - 2021

Students of Grade 1& 2 enjoyed learning "Double Trouble" & "Farm Making" by making popsicle sticks and Farm models.

EVS Activity 'Grade II' - 2021

Hands on approach is one of the vital keys towards learning, and we at podar make students learn effectively. Podar International School, Gangapur Grade 2 students were engaged with the activities for the learning process. Students performed the activities with great enthusiasm on the topic "AIR" and learned that Air has Weight and Air is used for burning.

Fire safety Training - 2021

Fire safety training helps for protection. It ensures everyone knows how to act safely, reducing the risk of injury or loss of life in the event of a blaze. Basic fire-fighting techniques can also help to prevent small fires from becoming big emergencies. The training was being arranged for the teaching & Non-teaching Staff at Podar International School, Gangapur.

Hindi Diwas Celebration - 2021

It is celebrated on 14 September across schools, colleges, offices, and organizations to showcase the importance of the day and the language. The day commemorates the event when Hindi was adopted as one of the official languages of India. Podar International School, Gangapur students celebrated the Hindi diwas with their participation.

As we know, Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival celebrated with much fervour across India. It is important to remember that Lokmanya Tilak was the architect of this mass celebration. It was his effort to foster the spirit of nationalism by bringing communities together on the occasion of the Ganesh festival during the struggle for independence.

On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, Students of Podar International School celebrated it by making 3D idols and Shadu clay Bappa beautifully.

Janmashtami Celebration - 2021

The main significance of Janmashtami is to encourage goodwill and to discourage bad will. Krishna Jayanti also celebrates togetherness. The holy occasion brings people together, thus it signifies unity and faith. Podar International School, Gangapur students celebrated the janmashtami festival.

Rakshabandhan Celebration - 2021

We always strive in the classroom to ensure that our students learn concepts in an engaging way. Learning is infused with a sense of adventure. Continuing with the same zeal Students at Podar International School, Gangapur learned about the plant from the desert and hilly region, the clay model of stomata, forts in India, and their unique feature and nutrition in the Amoeba model, which was explained using DIY models made by the teacher and students to help students understand the concepts clearly and creatively.
