School Events at Navsari

Podar International School, Navsari proudly hosted the Investiture Ceremony for the Academic Year 2026–27, marking a significant occasion where young leaders were entrusted with responsibilities and formally inducted into the student council.

The event began with a solemn assembly, followed by the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing knowledge and wisdom. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and anticipation as the newly elected council members were conferred badges and sashes by the dignitaries and school authorities.

The Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, and Prefects pledged to uphold discipline, integrity, and dedication towards their duties. The oath-taking ceremony inspired everyone present, reinforcing the values of leadership, teamwork, and commitment.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Haresh Chandu, DYSP, Navsari, and the Principal, Mrs. Monica Kukreja, addressed the gathering with motivating words, encouraging the students to lead by example and contribute positively to the school community.

The ceremony concluded with applause, pride, and a renewed sense of responsibility among the student leaders.

Our school organized a Plantation Drive on Monday, 8th June 2026, to encourage students to care for nature and understand the importance of trees. The primary students enthusiastically participated in the activity by bringing and planting saplings on the school campus.

The students learned that trees provide us with oxygen, shade, fruits, and a healthy environment. They also understood the importance of planting more trees to make our surroundings greener and cleaner.

The Plantation Drive was a meaningful and enjoyable experience for all. It helped students develop a sense of responsibility towards the environment and inspired them to contribute to a greener and cleaner future. Through this initiative, our young learners took a small but significant step towards protecting Mother Earth.

The vibrant festival of Navratri was celebrated with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit at Podar International School on 6th October 2025. The event brought together students, teachers, and staff in a joyous expression of devotion, unity, and tradition.

The Navratri celebration was not just a fun-filled day but also a meaningful way to instill cultural values, togetherness, and joy among students. It was truly a day to remember!

Podar International School students came together to celebrate the culmination event for Grade IV — “Food Matters” — with a fun, interactive, and educational programme. It was a special day where students showcased everything they had learned about food, nutrition, sustainability, and healthy eating habits.

The Principal, Vice Principal, and the enthusiastic Grade IV Year Leader along with teachers enjoyed the event and appreciated the students’ efforts.

Parents too were proud to witness the event and celebrate the learning journey of their children.

Students of Podar International School, Navsari, from Grades VIII - XI visited the world-famous Statue of Unity on an educational school trip.
