Sports Day Celebration 2021-2022

Sport develops a sense of friendliness among the children and develop their team spirit. It helps children to develop mental and physical toughness. These days sports are an integral part of the education. In schools, children are taught some sort of games in very early stages to keep their value in life. Podar International School Paratwada celebrated Sports Day on 7th March 2022. In Sports Day, students participate in various kinds of games enthusiastically with the cooperation of teachers. As a result, students come to realize the value of cooperation and team spirit.

National Science Day Celebration - 2022

National Science Day is celebrated every year on February 28 to mark and recognize the contributions of scientists towards the development of the country. On this day, in 1928, Indian Physicist Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman made an important discovery in the field of spectroscopy, which was later named after him – the Raman Effect. For his work, CV Raman was awarded the prestigious Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930. Podar International School, Paratwada celebrated National Science Day by conducting a role play. Marathi Bhasha Diwas Celebration - 2022

February 27 is observed as Marathi Bhasha Diwas. It is a day marked to celebrate the heritage of Marathi - also in honour of renowned Marathi poet Vishnu Vaman Shirwadkar aka 'Kusmagraj' Marathi Bhasha Diwas was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm at Podar International School Paratwada. Parents' Worship Day - 2022

Students of Podar International School, Paratwada celebrated Parents' Worship Day. Parents' Worship Day also known as Matru Pitru (mother and father) Poojan Divas. Parents' Worship Day is celebrated on February 14 every year. As visible from the title, this day is dedicated to one’s parents giving them the respect, love, and care they deserve. The idea is to spark the importance of cultural values our Indian heritage holds in Indian children. Parents Worship Day is all about strengthening family bonds and being grateful to our parents for everything they do for us selflessly giving us an example of true and pure love.

Republic Day Celebration 2021-2022

Podar International School Paratwada reckon the work of Corona Warriors. In the time of the pandemic, it was Corona warriors who without caring about their lives gave service. We all respect corona warriors for their work. Mainly if we talk about front line workers then we do talk about Doctors, Nurses, Police, etc but we should not forget the work of security guards. What they did in the time of the Pandemic should be addressed and respected. To honor the work of the Security Guards, the tricolour was unfurled by the hands of our Security Guard Mr. Satish Dhepe.

Harivansh Rai Bachchan Birth Anniversary Celebration - 2021

Podar International School Paratwada celebrated the birth anniversary of renowned poet Shri Harivansh Rai Bachchan by organizing 'Kavishala-Poem event in school. Students of Grade 7 participated and shown their talent

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration - 2021

Podar International School, #Paratwada students remembered Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary by paying a creative homage to Mahatma by drawing his portraits and symbols associated with Gandhi and Indian freedom struggle. The portraits sketched by student’s standout as a testimony to the love and devotion shown in following the ideals and principles of Gandhiji in their lives.
