Inline Skating Competition

Shravan Bijaguppi who has made us proud with his outstanding performance in Inline Skating competition. He has bagged a gold medal in 500m and 1000m respectively organised by CBSE National Skating Competition, South zone held at Shalom Hills International School, Gurugram. He has brought laurels to school since three consecutive years through his stupendous and exceptional feat in skating events. We wish him All the best luck in future as he strives his way to success.
Inter School Drill Competition (Std VII & VIII)
The World is a parade so hold your chin up, strike your best pose and walk. Never let your crown fall. March parade is an organized, uniformed and a steady walk rhythmically moving forward on foot. The students of grade VII and VIII of Podar International School, Chinchwad performed a stunning March Parade Drill organised by Marshal Cadet Force, Maharashtra on 15th January, 2023 to mark the 75th India Army Day. It was an Inter School Drill Competition involving 16 schools in and around Pune Region. There were two troops of 33 boys and 33 girls respectively. The students underwent a strict training session by the ex-army servicemen. The students exhibited great confidence, discipline and control on their body movements while performing the parade. The girls troop bagged 3rd prize among the schools.
Miss Pushti Vithalani mesmerized the audience with her electrifying commands that echoed throughout the ground. She was awarded Best Cadet trophy from Pune region. The valor and gallant march drill brought goose bumps to everyone. March past is an essential element of teaching military discipline; which promotes exercise, confidence and leadership skills. We wish all the best to our young podarites who strive hard to pursue their dreams!!!
