Two years in a row and the spectacular third has just begun! It is said that well begun is half done. We at Podar International School Jalandhar believe that genius is only the power of making continuous effort. The toil and hard work of the school staff is evident in the learning milestones achieved by our students and their well rounded personalities during the last two years.
Moving ahead with our vision to develop and equip the children of our school to face the challenges of the 21st century, the school team continues to work arduously to help, support and mentor the young Podarites in all fields. As Socrates rightly said, “Education is the kindling of a flame and not the filling of a vessel.” Each teacher makes an effort to ignite a spark of learning that zealously motivates each student to move ahead each passing day, each passing week, each passing month so that the whole academic year becomes a great learning journey for him/her.
We feel happy to say that we have not just achieved our academic goals in the last two years but have also been successful in creating a very conscious and closely involved Parent Teacher Association that provides a conducive platform to discuss and plan activities in the school that benefit each and every student. The ownership of all stakeholders in running the school machinery smoothly is the most beautiful and beneficial outcome of our collective efforts in the last two years.
We are sanguine that with the concerted effort and strong determination of each and every stakeholder, our students shall be able to carve a niche for themselves in the various spheres of life.
