It gives us immense joy to share with all our stakeholders and guest readers that Podar International School Jalandhar has successfully completed the Academic Journey of its first year since its inception on 15 April 2021. From being a very new school with a relatively young school team today Podar International School Jalandhar stands confident establishing itself as a centre par excellence in Jalandhar catering to the educational needs of school children in the city.
Our Founder Fathers, the great visionaries dreamt of creating an organisation that would not only raise the traditional standards of educational possibilities and outcomes for the students, parents and society but also developing and equipping the children of India for the challenges of the 21st century. Today, we at Podar International School Jalandhar carry forward the vision and mission of Podar Education Network.
The dedication, hard work and conviction of the students and staff members along with their belief in the beauty of their dreams has turned it into a beautiful reality within a short period of time. It certainly strengthens our belief that success starts with a small step and only if you dare to put actions behind your dreams, you can conquer the whole world with your wisdom and a feeling of universal brotherhood.
Our curriculum with a scientific approach to learning gives hands on experience to our students. In the words of John Dewey, “Give the pupils something to do, not something to learn; and the doing is of such a nature as to demand thinking; learning naturally results.” Based on this pedagogy the last one year has been a very successful year where our students have attained high standards of academic excellence along with achieving mastery in a plethora of curricular activities that includes a variety games and sports, art, music, poetry, dramatics etc.
Nothing ever brings as much joy as seeing young learners win over the challenges of the modern day world. Today, we celebrate the spirit of our young learners who have attained great learning milestones through their academic journey at Podar International School Jalandhar in the face of all adversities during the Covid-19 pandemic and wish all our stakeholders great success in all their future endeavours.
