Student Activity 'Chemical neutralization reaction' - 2021 WOW! What an amazing session it was. Chemical reactions are an integral part of technology, of culture, and indeed of life itself. A chemical reaction rearranges the constituent atoms of the reactants to create different substances as products. Today our students of Podar International School #Kalyan CBSE performed an experiment on the neutralization reaction between vinegar and baking soda. Parivartan Drive - 2020 Parivartan drive 2020 was conducted at Metro Junction Mall. "It not how we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness". Inorder to spread happiness and to celebrate womanhood the students and the teachers unders the supervision of Principal Sir, enthraled the crowd with electrifying singing and dancing performances. The female achievers Ms Yogita Kokate Police officer Bhiwandi, Ritika Poojary national kick boxing champion, 10 years old miss Arya Jagtap the Kalyan swimmer who swam from Dharamtar in Raigad to Gateway of India, the first auto driver Ms Kalpana Waghmare were felicitated by Principal Sir. Annual Day Celebration 2019-2020 Annual Sports Day Celebration 2019-2020 Podar International School Kalyan CBSE hosted "Khel Mahotsav 2019-20" with high sportsmen spirit. The event was presided by Deputy commissioner of police, Mr Vivek Pansare as the chief guest. The event started with the most highlighting part, the carnival, Students paraded with the theme ' The Essence if Maharashtra' followed by sports and games, lezim, pyramid formation, aerobics and various dance moves. The success of the event was because of the acumen and superintendence of the Principal Mr Bhavesh Bhalerao. 3D Printing Competition - 2020 "Self-belief and hard work will always earn you success". Podar International School CBSE Kalyan participated in 3D printing competition. Our Grade VII Students bagged 2nd prize for their illuminated 'Botanical Garden'. Stardust Event - 2019 "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much". Podar International School CBSE Kalyan hosted a I.E culminating event, 'Stardust': To Infinity and beyond, with great ardor. Students confidently exhibited models, ppts and charts. Parents praised for the efforts put-in by the students and the teachers under the abled counsel of the eminent Leader, Mr Bhavesh Bhalerao. Thematic Event 'Fashion Fiesta - Believe it or not' - 2019 'Appreciation of cultural diversity is essential coexistence' with this thought grade 2 Students and Teachers hosted a culminating event of Thematic event "Fashion fiesta" under the topic Clothes. The Principal Mr Bhavesh Bhalerao inaugurated the event. Students showcased the evolution of clothes from the times of caveman and adaptations incorporated with changing time and season. Welcoming of students to academic year 2019-2020 "School bells are ringing loud and clear, vacations over, school is here". A welcome assembly was conducted by the teachers to welcome children after vacations. Principal Sir addressed all the students from grade 1 to 10 and welcomed them. The class teachers made them feel at home by welcoming them with a tilak on their forehead. They were made entered into the class with beautiful welcome cards. Gudi Padwa Celebration - 2019 The New Academic Year began with buzzed and excitement as students were welcome to the new session by conducting special assembly on 'Gudi Padwa'.
