School Events at Mandya

Confidently explain & exhibit 2 concepts in Social Science:

Class 6 - Being motivated & guided by their subject teacher Mrs. Jacklene J madam, the planets in solar system & lunar eclipse were explained by every enthusiastic children using PPT, Colourful charts & working models on 15-7-26 before the principal of school Dr. Raghuveer.Y.V.

This is a good on-going children activity in school to "bloom interest" towards science and social studies as bifurcated subjects from Environmental Science (EVS) that was studied as one subject in their class 5 last year...!

Thoughtful-Tuesdays at Podar International School-Mandya

As you all know, we aim at showcasing several interesting role models to children in the public forums like it was done today.

Principal of the school Dr Raghuveer Y V introduced 3 of Mandya traffic policemen namely Traffic Sub-Inspector Mr. S.P. Mohan Kumar, Assistant Sub-inspector Mr. Raje Gowda & Constable Mr. Vittal Rao to our school children today & created a general awareness on the traffic rules & regulations, followed by an interesting questionnaire by cute children...!

Ultimately, one hour of productive school time was concluded by 3 of the uniformed traffic policemen receiving a school memento as a token of our love and appreciation.

Dr. Mahesh.K.M. who is a qualified & experienced social worker, especially in the field of 'child care' spoke to the children to enthral them with his life's interesting experiences.

PIS-MANDYA aims at showcasing several interesting role models like Dr. Mahesh to its team in the public forums like this.

Principal of the school Dr Raghuveer Y V introduced the "achiever for today" and also led to an interesting questionnaire session from the lovely children to Dr. Mahesh.

Ultimately, one hour of productive school time was concluded by the achiever of the day Dr. Mahesh receiving a token of love and appreciation from the school.
