School Events at Nadiad

Podar International School proudly organised activities under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to celebrate the spirit of patriotism.

As part of the celebration, students enthusiastically participated in a drawing activity, creatively showcasing the beauty of our Tiranga and expressing their love for the nation through colours and imagination.

The event inspired students to understand the significance of the national flag and cherish the values it represents.

Podar International School students of Grades I and II actively participated in a fun-filled Collage Work activity as part of today’s Art For All Club.

The session began with teachers explaining the concept and techniques of collage making.

With great enthusiasm and creativity, our young artists used colourful papers, cut-outs, and imagination to create beautiful collage artworks.

It was a joyful and engaging experience that sparked creativity and improved fine motor skills.

As part of the Podar Volunteer Program, our environmentally conscious students took a meaningful step towards a greener future by preparing and donating seedballs.

This initiative aims to promote afforestation and environmental sustainability. Through this activity, our students learned the importance of giving back to nature and playing an active role in ecological conservation.

Students of Grades I to VIII enthusiastically participated in a variety of exciting clubs including Drama, Music and More, Art For All, and Green Wizard. These vibrant activities offer a platform for students to explore their creativity, express themselves confidently, and develop essential life skills beyond the classroom.

Podar International School, #Nadiad, celebrated Investiture Ceremony with great pride and enthusiasm, marking a significant step in fostering leadership and responsibility among students. The event took place on 01 July 2025 in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Chief Guest Mr. Santosh M Jadhav (Police Sub Inspector) and Principal Dr. Yogesh Jain.

The ceremony commenced with the arrival of the guests, followed by a warm welcome note and the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment. After the felicitation of guests and an energetic welcome dance, the audience was introduced to the purpose and flow of the programme. A key highlight was the explanation of the roles and responsibilities of the Student Council, emphasizing values such as leadership, discipline, and teamwork. Outgoing council members for 2024–25 were appreciated for their dedication and were presented with letters of appreciation. The heart of the ceremony was the investiture of the new Student Council (2025–26). The Senior Council members were formally introduced and adorned with badges and sashes, followed by the handover of the school flag to Head Boy, Mast. Arsh Pathan, by Principal Dr. Yogesh Jain — a powerful symbol of trust and responsibility. This was followed by the investiture of the Junior Council members. The newly elected council members then took the Oath of Office, led by School Sports Captain, Mast. Dhruv Yadav, pledging to serve with integrity and commitment. The ceremony was further enriched by inspiring speeches from the Chief Guest and Principal Sir, who motivated the young leaders to uphold the values of the school. A vibrant celebration dance added color and energy to the event. The morning concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Cultural Captain, Ms. Ashrita Barik, the National Anthem, and formal dispersal. The Investiture Ceremony stood as a proud moment for the entire school community, nurturing the next generation of confident, responsible, and ethical leaders.
