Celebrating Student Achievements – Podar International School, Panelim - 2025
Shivendra Mhaske of Grade 5 won two National Level Drawing Competitions organised by Quest and Olympiad Exam respectively.
Niranjana B Menon is representing Goa state (under 14 girls) team in the Sub Junior National Football Championship being held in Narainpur, Chattisgarh.
Moulik M Anvekar of Grade 6 has accomplished the following championships on the 36th Goa State Sub Junior/Junior Aquatic Championship:
- 1st in 4x50MTR Freestyle Relay
- 2nd in 4x50MTR Medley Relay
- 3rd in 400MTR Freestyle
Ms. Anam Raza of Grade 7 at Podar International School, Panelim, Goa, secured the first position internationally in the prestigious Coding Competition organized by Discovery Education and Edutech for the year 2024–25.
Competing against 2,500 participants from India, Nepal, and Taiwan, she advanced through the regional and national rounds - designing an innovative Tree Life Simulator for the Nationals in Bangalore—before showcasing her multi-feature Health App at the international stage. Her creativity, coding brilliance, and eye for detail earned high praise from the judges.
She also secured the 8th position in the International Scratch Coding Competition, which saw participation from 71 countries.
Beyond coding, Anam is a true all-rounder: she has authored and published a storybook, secured third position at the science project competition organized by the Ministry of Culture’s Innovation Fair, and represented Goa as part of the First Tech Challenge team, where she helped design and present a robot at the FTC competition in Pune this year.
She consistently excels in academics, winning gold medals in the National Science Olympiad (NSO) and International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO).
Podarites Excel at Interschool Poem Recitation Competition!

Everyone needs a chance to share their thoughts, feelings, and emotions — and poetry provides the perfect platform for that expression. The students of Podar International School, Chinchwad participated wholeheartedly in the Poem Recitation Competition held on 2nd August 2025.
The event was an interschool competition organized by Sadhu Vaswani International School, Moshi for Grade VII students on the theme ‘Forgiveness.’
It is a proud moment to announce that Mast. Tanush Kulkarni won the First Prize among several participating schools, while Miss. Riya Tirthe received a Special Appreciation Certificate for her creative performance.
